Craig has been providing strategic advice in ‘business succession & exit planning’ and employee share plans for over two decades. Craig’s firm, succession plus, are the acknowledged industry experts in these fields. As one of SME radio’s hosts, craig looks to pass on his hard earned knowledge to all of his listeners. Craig has also written four critically acclaimed books, educating business owners on succession planning and employee share ownership plans (esops). Through these books and regular keynote speaking (both nationally and internationally), craig hopes to educate fellow business owners on industry best practice in succession planning and esops. In-between craig’s keynote speaking and radio commitments, he is undertaking a doctoral thesis on employee share ownership plans as a succession planning tool. Craig is also the executive chairman of the SME association of australia. Craig was awarded exit planner of the year in 2014, by the exit planning institute in the united states.

Stacey Martin is known as a “Strategic Connector” with a passion for Aus-China business. She is the Founder of the Expat Advisors Community network for professionals with internationally connected clients. With an extensive financial services background Stacey’s expertise was in advising HNW individuals, families and SME’s on personal wealth management including strategic advice, asset allocation, investment structuring and succession of family wealth. Specialising in Australian expatriates (outbound) and Significant Investor Visa (SIV) applicants (inbound predominantly from China), Stacey worked closely with private and business bankers, international tax specialists, legal advisors, migration and asset consultants. Today Stacey consults with SMEs wanting to do business in China, drawing on her experience working with Chinese investors. This includes market entry strategies, business matching, navigating culture and facilitating strategic business connections and professional services introductions.

Angela Vithoulkas has a long history as a small business community leader and advocate. She established Eagle Waves Radio in 2013 and successfully produced and broadcast hundreds of programs both supporting and appealing to a small business community.

As a successful small business owner, Angela has been the recipient of numerous awards including 2005 City of Sydney Business of the Year, 2005 City of Sydney Café of the Year, 2006 NSW Entrepreneur of the Year and the 2007 Telstra Women’s Business Owner of the Year.

Angela is also a second term elected Independent Councillor for the City of Sydney.  During her time on Council Angela has filled the role of Deputy Chairperson of the City of Sydney Economic Development and Business Sub-Committee.

As the co-host of SME Matters, Angela continues to bring her unique insight and style to the programs that are designed to appeal to a wide audience.
